To help us process your query quickly and efficiently, please ensure that all relevant information is provided in full, including clear photographic evidence. As part of our procedure, it is a condition that any issues must first be raised directly with the supplier.

Please be aware that the majority of queries we receive are related to installation, environmental conditions, or maintenance practices.

For more technical concerns, the involvement of an independent expert witness with appropriate measuring equipment may be required. This service is subject to a flat inspection fee of £400.00, payable in advance to secure the booking.

In the unlikely event of a technical product failure, the inspection fee will be fully refunded.

Once we receive your completed form, we aim to provide an initial response within five working days. Please note that our response will be an opinion only, based on our previous experience and the information provided.

Independent inspections may take several weeks to schedule. You are entirely within your rights to appoint your own independent witness; however, we can only accept findings from certified and recognised professionals, including:

- Associate Members of the NICF – Inspection Services
- Registered members of the UK Register of Expert Witnesses
- Registered members of the National Expert Witness Agency
