Interior design studio, Indie & Co renovated this beautiful Victorian Townhouse using Seashell from our Tundra Chevron Collection.
Interior design company Indie & Co is no stranger to creating sustainable, timeless, and lasting spaces, and this Victorian Townhouse in Islington was no exception. Taking a collaborative approach, this project saw Indie & Co founder, CĂ©line, and her team work closely with Dominic McKenzie Architects as they created their clientâs dream home, complete with CV104, Seashell from our Tundra chevron collection. With bright open spaces and traditional finishes to complement the chevron flooring, the end result was a meticulously designed, beautiful family home, as CĂ©line explains on her websiteâŠ
âWe worked alongside Dominic McKenzie Architects on the complete renovation of this beautiful Victorian property. Our vision was to create a space which was functional for a family but also sophisticated and timeless. The flow of the house needed to be carefully considered to ensure enough storage was created, and everyone's needs were met.â
When it came to the flooring, CĂ©line and her team wanted to keep the design scheme muted and delicate, to continue the elegant aesthetic curated in the renovation, and Seashell Chevron did just that. Complete with a hardwearing white UV Oil, Seashellâs raw oak appearance offers subtle tones and feel that the team felt was âappropriate for the type of the house and the look, [they] were hoping to achieveâ; while the contemporary twist on the classic chevron layout was perfect for the desired timeless style.
