PR Agreement Form

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with V4 on a PR basis! Please note that not all applications will proceed, as they are subject to a qualification process. If your application is successful, a member of our team will be in touch.

Before entering into a PR agreement with V4, please review the following terms. If you agree and wish to proceed, kindly complete the attached details. Once submitted, a tailored deliverable agreement will be prepared for you.

Discounted Flooring Rates

Discounted rates will vary by product and will be specified in the tailored agreement. To qualify for these rates, the following conditions apply:

Use a V4-Approved Installer

• V4 will provide details of approved installers for you to contact directly to discuss installation costs.
• Benefits of using a V4-approved installer:
  • Full guarantee on both the installation and the product.
  • Free site visits should you experience any post-installation issues.
  • Access to discounted flooring rates.

Case Study Requirements

As part of the agreement, a case study will be created to showcase your project. This will include the following:

• Photo Shoot:
  • The rooms must be fully furnished to allow our photographer to conduct a professional shoot of the installed flooring.
  • V4 will arrange a photo shoot when the design is complete. The shoot will include:
    • Images of the installed flooring.
    • Portrait or lifestyle shots featuring you in the space.
    • We will send you the images following the photoshoot for your review. You will have the opportunity to select the images you approve, and we will remove any that you do not. Only the approved images will be used in our materials moving forward.
  • Before-and-after photos are requested to highlight the transformation.
• Q&A:
  • A short Q&A will be conducted by our marketing team to discuss your design process and experience.
  • You will receive a draft of the case study to review and approve before publication.
• Timeline:
  • The photo shoot and Q&A must be completed within two months of the flooring delivery.

Social Media and Marketing Usage

• Photos and videos from the shoot may be used across V4’s social media, website, and brochures.

Deliverables

• Specific deliverables will be outlined in the tailored agreement and must be completed within two/three months of the flooring delivery.

Please note: if you engage with one of our retailers instead of directly with V4, we reserve the right to decline the PR agreement.
